This is a NON-REFUNDABLE, rain or shine event. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable at a later date. This ticket may not be resold in excess of the price printed on its face. Black Rodeo USA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, revoke or modify any rodeo performance or ticket at its sole discretion.



Children 3 and under free with a paid adult and must sit on adult's lap. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.



When you purchase tickets to a Black Rodeo USA show, you are supporting the work of Black Rodeo USA Foundation to empower youth and the community at large through experiential and educational opportunities. A portion of ticket sales benefits the programs and initiatives of Black Rodeo USA Foundation.



Refunds & Chargebacks

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances.
• Please contact us directly with any issues BEFORE initiating a chargeback, and allow us time to respond to your issue.
• Note: Illegitimate chargebacks is a form of fraud (known as friendly fraud, when a customer purchases a product/service and later claims it’s fraudulent or unauthorized due to forgetting about the purchase, not understanding ticket delivery or using as a means for a refund). Black Rodeo USA reserves the right to block cardholders who participate in this form of fraud from future purchases.



COVID-19

A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By attending a Black Rodeo USA event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. By making a purchase of a ticket, you agree on behalf of yourself and every other person who uses a ticket you purchased, to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Black Rodeo USA, its affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to COVID-19.
